  10. Final floor finish is to be supplied by the client. The substrate and floor build-up are included in Section 4.8.

Not Priced in This Quotation

  1. Kitchen units, kitchen sink and kitchen fittings are client supply and install. They are not priced in this quotation.
  2. Exhaust air heat pump is client supply and install. It is not priced in this quotation.
  3. Solar panels, battery and inverter are client supply and install. They are not priced in this quotation.
  4. EV charging point is client supply and install. It is not priced in this quotation.
  5. Garden irrigation systems and garden lighting systems are client supply and install. They are not priced in this quotation, although related taps and sockets are included where listed.
